This large south-side located Federal Government Department is in need of multiple Service Desk and IT support staff to supplement there permanent team due to an increase in work. The contracts will initially be 6 months with view to extend or go permanent for the right candidates.
The role will involve being the first point of contact for all ICT related issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and logging all calls and escalating when need be. You will also be involved in working with the Desktop Support team and gaining exposure within the Infrastructure support area.
To be considered for this role you must have similar experience within a help desk or service desk environment and have outstanding customer service skills. Highly developed written and oral communication skills a must. Experience supporting Windows based environments and using a Service Management tool highly desirable.
