Randstad Education is currently seeking two Certificate III Child Care Workers to join this purposed built centre's experienced team.  You will enjoy working with a highly motivated Room Leader in a centre th at is very well resourced.  Management creates a supportive and rewarding environment that also encourages additional personal learning & development.  Great work environment, lovely children & families and highly motivated staff.
 
Key responsibilities included yet are not limited to:

• Create a stimulating and positive learning environment
• Assist children with their daily routines
• Assist in observations and evaluations  of children's development
• Maintain up to date records for each child within the room
• Supervise children with their play activities
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, children & their families 

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• A Certificate III in Children's Services
• A current First Aid Certificate
• Previous experience working in a child care centre
• Knowledge and confidence within the role
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
• The ability to create a positive work environment
• A genuine interest & motivation to build a long term career within the early childhood sector
