With a local foundation, this now nationally recognised company has a passion for community development. As an experienced degree qualified accountant, who is currently attaining their CA or CPA, you will have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written comm unication skills.
Your ability to work to strict deadlines will be exhibited in your preparation of numerous monthly tasks such as management accounts, reconciliation of balance sheets, preparation of BAS and conducting the payroll process including reconciliation of commissions and superannuation contributions.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, some of the other duties you will be responsible for are preparation of joint venture management committee meetings, maintenance of a fixed asset register, preparation of the FBT returns and the review of rates and land tax calculations.
